The Groton Township man was found guilty on two counts of rape, two counts of abduction, and one count of felonious assault. But an Erie County Common Pleas Court jury found him not guilty on four other charges, including attempted murder. The charges were connected to the November kidnapping and sexual assault of a Lorain woman. The crimes occurred at Jury’s Strecker Road property. He’ll remain in the Erie County Jail, until his July 14th sentencing hearing. He’s facing more than 35 years behind bars.
